Fellow GoVenture entrepreneurs, the next game RESET (Beta 16) will happen on TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022 around 3PM UTC . The game will be down for about 2 hours or so.
This means that all business and game data will be deleted. All companies, sales, inventory, bXP … everything will be gone — except your LOGINS and other items noted below.
As soon as the RESET happens, we will all have the opportunity to start fresh. Starting fresh is an exciting time for players.
And we have another new feature coming — see below!
Referral Code — Earn bXP
Remember to exchange your REFERRAL CODE with other players so you can earn 200 bXP for each referral (includes returning players). Your referral code is the name of your Holding Company.

Here is what you should do after the RESET

Log in using your current username and password. Do not sign up again, just log in.

When you log in after the RESET, you will enter the CEO Training Tutorial. The tutorial will display the same Holding Company name you used previously, but you can change it in the tutorial. You will also choose a new location for your Holding Company (the previous location is not stored). Your previous Operating Businesses will be gone so you can start new.

Leaderboard data from past resets will be saved and can be viewed.

We do RESETS to clean up our database, speed up the gameplay, and allow players to experience the fun and competitive startup process. Resets may happen every 3 or 4 months, but there is no firm schedule at this time. We have heard from some players who would like a second server option that does not get reset and we are not yet sure if we will be able to offer this or not, but it is being considered for the future.
With the upcoming RESET, the following gameplay changes will be made:

Player Avatars and Advisors — You can now design and manage your own Avatar in the game!

Your Avatar can be hired by Manufacturing or Retail businesses to act as an Advisor. You earn g money for your services. Note that these services are virtual, you do not have to actually do anything.

Review your current Skills and assign Skill Points to improve. Earn new Skill Points each day RT with training. Set the Fee paid by clients who engage you as an Advisor. The higher your skills, the greater the benefit you provide to your clients and the higher you can set your Fee.

Review Advisors to engage for your Operating Businesses. Engaging an Advisor results in savings for your Operating Business based on the skills of the Advisor.

Lifetime bXP—Players who continue to play GoVenture World through multiple resets are now rewarded. The total of all the business Experience Points (bXP) a player has earned contributes to their Avatar skills, giving repeat players an advantage by recognizing their gameplay experience.
