Where do Stocks and bonds that you own in other companies sit in the balance sheet?
Also, if they’re there, are they held there at cost or at current market price?
Hmmm, they are supposed to be on the Balance Sheet under an investment account, but that seems to be missing. Bug!
Investments should appear as BOOK VALUE (ie, price you paid). I don’t recall if we designed unrealized gains/losses to be added to he financials, so will have to look into that.
