It seems that the discount system for shipping is broken for retailers. SJ gave me a code and that idnd’t work. Tried a new one, still 0%. I think ti is a bug

Yaa. Several companies have also complaint me the same thing just now.
My previous codes are working but the newer ones are just setting themselves automatically to 0%discount
Is this still an issue for you?
It seems that any new discount SJ creates only go to 0%.
