Products purchased from manufactures have the value of either 0% or 1%.
Where are you seeing this? The screen shots are not clear?
Originally, for me, if I viewed a players profile and scrolled down to the businesses they manage. If they had items in stock for retail. The features level will be correct however, the quality will say 0% or 1% even though that’s typically not the case. The second screenshot was just for proof that what I received was not 1% quality and 60% features. However, I’ve looked again, and it seems to shows the correct value now. I guess it was something on my end. Sorry.
