Quantity in store not reflects the reality

After volcanic clouds I have lost many phones, but in showroom I see much more phones in my store, instead of what I have in real.

Are you saying that the phones that were reported lost (in-game mail) is not matching what your “Ready to sell” identifies? As in you have more? Please clarify.

As you can see of my picture: I ‘have’ 10981 units on hand, but on hand I have only 322 phones. I think the difference is because of volcanic clouds destroyed a lot.
