is there some way there can be a little icon or light so mfgs can quickly tell from the manage businesses page if we have orders which still need shipped out? it would be a small little tweek but it would prevent a lot of headaches. For example, green means no orders need to be shipped where as red means you have orders that still need to be shipped.

Good idea, Cleveland. In fact, this could fit with the other changes you recommended for managing production orders using the MANAGE BUSINESS screen. We have already planned out these changes in our upgrades so we will add this new idea as well.
