When trying to hire an ad Campaign agency. The system does not accept more or less than 240 words. It shows error and cannot save any input. Kindly assist to fix the error messages displayed.

When I attempted to hire an Ad Agency, I used a message of 50 words. That was rejected and I received notice that I require minimum of 1000 characters. I increase to over 1000 but that submission was also rejected and received the said notification.

however our first suggestion is to try reducing the length of your message to see if it will send, just remember 1000 is the max number of characters, again this includes any hidden mark up for formatting such as paragraphs.
We have checked and the message is sent for us when we do reduce the length of the offer.
