What happens when we cancel an order after we have received the payment. Will the money will automatically refund or is there any procedure to refund it manually?

Yes, funds for products not received will automatically be refunded.

I had one more question. If I dispatched all the products in order but no payment is received and the order period finishes. Shall I file a lawsuit against the party?

Yes, file a lawsuit. Check to see if the player is still active (inactivity at 14 days) by checking here…World Markets > Business Directory.
