What can be Trademarked?

I would assume a business name can be trademarked unless it is something extremely common. But what other content can be trademarked in GV?

What about slogans, email titles, and signatures? Examples:

Slogan: “Bringing the best, South Side Remedies”

Email titles: “Mockbird Weekly”

Signatures: “Cheers, x Jameson David”

Would I be able to trademark the examples? What if I used a blank instead of a name, like “Bringing the best, [blank]”?

Trademarks can only be registered for Holding Company names and marketing slogans. Operating Business names and product names cannot be registered as Trademarks.
