Trademarks : no processing in a week?

Hello @GVW_Admin ,

We’ve submitted trademarks in the 10th but it seems they haven’t been processed yet -
We understand they need to be checked by a human, is there a known delay we can announce to our clients?

Also, sorry to post this in Bugs, I wasn’t sure where to put this request :slight_smile:

Is this an ongoing problem? Is there a way to automate it with a timer or something? Mine have been sitting for about 5 days now.

We have no unprocessed Trademarks. Which Law firm did you use?

I don’t remember, I just see Patent filed on each one and I can’t do anything else with them
