Sold my business now can't open another

I recently sold my business now it will not allow me to open another it states I don’t have enough experience and wants me to have 2000, but is this correct? If I don’t have a current business I can’t open another one.

Unfortunately, that is the requirement. Only the first business you open has no bXP requirements, after that you need to meet the bXP requirements.
