I try to click send, to send a sale order to a retailer, and it looks like it is loading, but never says it sent, and there is not a confirmation in my sent messages, of an order being sent.
I can confirm that this is happening for both buy and sell direct orders and it is a new problem today. An urgent fix required if you don’t want a game shutdown.
We will look into that immediately.
Turns out a key script for the game failed to update correctly during maintenance yesterday, it has now been fixed.

Looks like the same problem has re-appeared. Can’t send a direct purchase or offer.
Also happened a few days ago for a short while. This one has been an issue for at least the last 10 hours.
This has been fixed.
