Open Badge Trademark Requirement

I am trying to get the gold open badge and I believe I have satisfied all the requirements aside from two more courses and the trademark.

I have requested trademarks from the GoVenture site and the one player run law firm but neither have replied to me. Can I make that request here or omit that requirement? Thanks for the help!

You requested that your Open Badge be awarded at the end of this round “Award my badge at the END of the current round” so that is when it will be addressed.
