Not receiving money from sales

I seem to be having a couple of issues going on…1)when I log into the help and support it just keeps saying log in and wont let me post a trouble topic, 2)I made a donation under the social responsibility section and now when my product sells my equity goes up but i do not receive the cash? Thanks for all of the help everyone!

  1. Are you trying to get to help and support via the in-game Smartphone?
