I recently completed a direct sales offer with a retailer, upon which they sent the money to me. I see that it now says “Accepted” in the invoice but I clearly don’t have it in my bank account. Looking on this site I see this is a common problem for other manufacturers yet there isn’t a clear solution to be found. Any help?
