Sending and accepting of contracts could be done much better. It’s difficult to determine when a contract has expired; has been accepted; or needs more work.
An example of a working solution might be to have a Sales & Contracts section (much like you do for invoices and loans) focusing on the sale and closing of contracts. This would take away the need for an excessive amount of email noise and better put to use screens and game mechanics that make sense. You could continue to offer the ability from within the business itself - but this would be a simple concise way to get contracts sent out.
Also, one note (bug) when you send out a new contract it sends you back to the main page, it would be nice to send you back to the business you came from so you could do additional tasks.
