When issuing a stock, the stock can only be sold in a certain range of price. What is the formula in determining the price range of a new stock released in the primary market?

Does it use certain numbers from our reports to determine the price of the stock?

@chuanmedia, When issuing or posting Stock on the MARKET, the Holding Company issuing the stock will only be able to set a share price that is plus or minus 25% of TOTAL EQUITY of the Holding Company (as per the Balance Sheet).
