I have a lawfirm and I got a request today to initiate a lawsuit against a company for not paying money for cars purchased. But on my personal research I got to know that the company who is filing the lawsuit has just been founded 2 days ago, and the defendant for the same is one of the top players of GVW. I am also sure that the case is false because I used to purchase cars from that company and they had only manufacturing units so how come they ordered products from someone else. What shall I do in this situation? Should I file a lawsuit request after knowing it is false.
You can refuse the law suit.
