Fake companies created to only produce for retails

i have just aquired “R#olls Royce UK m1” and the previous owner of the company seems to have only created it for the only purpose of selling to himself based on the ledgers that i have as well as the accounts recievables , it seems the sole purpose of these business is to indept themselfs

i would highly appreciate it if you looked in to it

It may be a bit confusing as Rolls Royce UK has had several owners during the round. It was a supplier to several businesses as well as selling lots on market
