Bank repayment statement

A payment is made and then suddenly the overdue category increases.

In this transaction, the past due number was $0.00 prior to payment

Following the payment it suddenly stood as shown below at $340,322.00

This happens each time I make a payment and makes it difficult to know what the balance is. We certainly don’t want to overpay with a 20% early repayment fee.

Please advise.

If you look at the statement you will see that have g(340,322) or -g340,322 past due which indicates that you are ahead on your payments at this time.

We will verify that everything is working correctly.
