My ad agency is attempting to create an advertisement for a client, who sent me a custom graphic. Whenever I try to upload the graphic, it does not register. Odd thing is that when I try to create an ad in the ad designer from my personal business, it shows the image. Any thoughts?

i have the same issue
uploading graphic for ourself works but uploading picture in a marketing business is KO

cause upload was done on user account rather than on advertise company. I found uploaded pic there.
